Earlsdon Engineering Services (EES) was established on the principle that high-quality infrastructure outcomes depend on clear communication, capable leadership, and relationships built on trust. 

Founded by Nick Le Good, a RPEQ-certified engineer with over 15 years of experience across project sites, client organisations, and senior leadership roles, EES bridges the gap between strategic intent and on-the-ground delivery. 

At EES, it’s not about being the biggest — it’s about being the most dependable. We bring practical insight, disciplined delivery, and genuine investment to every project we take on. Our approach is grounded in the belief that every project matters — not just those with the highest value or visibility. 

As specialists in complex infrastructure, we understand that challenges can be technical, political, operational, or community driven. What seems straightforward on paper can carry critical weight for the people it affects. Our strength lies in recognising that, and in working collaboratively to ensure projects succeed — technically, strategically, and socially. 

EES has offices in Brisbane, Ipswich and Longreach, with staff based across Queensland in regions including the Gold Coast, Townsville, Mackay, Toowoomba, and Brisbane. This allows us to serve out clients and communities across Queensland. We are experts in urban and rural project environments, with out team experienced in delivering remote projects across Queensland, Western Australia and New South Wales.
